All prices indicated are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

LOCAL SHIPPING

Local shipping within Singapore is a flat SGD3.50 per order and we ship via doorstep courier. Do allow up to a week for us to pack and ship your order. We will combine multiple orders to the same address within the same shop update and refund excess shipping. 

SHIPPING DAMAGES

We take extra care to pack each order well so that it reaches you safely (as evidenced by the mountain of packaging!)

In the rare case of your order being damaged during shipping (e.g. item is found broken when unwrapped), please get in contact with us via email ([email protected]) within 24hrs of receiving your order. We seek your understanding that we will not be able to verify the cause of broken ceramic items after this period of initial receipt.

F A Q s

1. Can I reserve items before shop updates/restocks?

In order to give everyone a fair chance, we do not accept reservation of items before shop updates and restocks. 

2. My item has gone out of stock even after I have added it into my basket!

This means that someone else has checked out the item before you. In order to allow everyone a fair opportunity, items will not be held in baskets, and it is fastest fingers first. Items will only be considered sold after payment has been made online. 

Please refer to FAQ 3 on refund of extra shipping charges.

3. My order is separated into parts in order for me to check out my items as fast as possible. Will I get a refund on shipping?

For orders to the same address, we will combine your items into one box. Hence, extra delivery charges will be refunded. We will get in contact with you via email to arrange for the refund.

4. Can I change my mind and cancel my order after I have made payment?

Once payment is successfully received, all placed orders are final and items will be considered sold. 

5. Is self-collection availble for local orders?

Definitely! Self-collection is availble upon request, and we are located in the West. Do get in touch with us to indicate this preference. If self-collecting, we will refund your shipping fee.

6. Can I request for no/less/recycled packing materials?

Thank you for taking the extra step to reduce waste. Our packing contains as much recycled/donated packing materials as possible, and we will gladly entertain requests to minimise waste further. Simply drop us a note in your checkout!

7. Do you accept commissions?
Commission works are considered based on our studio schedule, availbility of materials and scale of commission. Do contact us if this is something you are interested in.
