All prices indicated are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

We ship internationally to all parts of the world. Shipping charges for most individual items begin from just SGD10 for the first piece, and increases with each additional piece. 

However, if you're looking to purchasing a large order, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. We can work out an arrangement that would be favourable for you.

Local shipping for most items within Singapore is free of charge, and delivered via Singpost registered mail. It typical takes about 3 - 5 business days for an order to reach the buyer.

Can I change my mind and cancel my order after I have made payment?

Once payment is successfully received, all placed orders are final and items will be considered sold. Items will be shipped promptly after payment confirmation.

How can I check on the cost of shipping? I can't see it reflected in my cart.

Shipping is calculated based on the destination address. To check on the cost of shipping, buyers can proceed to key in their address details first without making payment. The total shipping charges will be indicated on the final checkout page before payment is made. Orders are not confirmed if payment is not made.

How long will it take before my order is shipped out?

Items will be shipped within 2 days of payment confirmation. Buyers will be notified of any delay resulting from unforeseen circumstances.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

For shipment within Singapore, please allow up to 3 - 5 business days for shipping (excluding weekends and public holidays).

For shipment to destinations outside Singapore, shipping period differs from destination to destination. However, items should arrive at port of delivery destination within 7 - 12 business days after shipment (excluding weekends and public holidays). Exact time of delivery is dependent on volume and efficiency of local postal services in country of final delivery destination.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order, so that I may track its delivery status?

A tracking number will be furnished to the Buyer upon shipment. This will allow the Buyer to check on the delivery status of the package. However, with the current exceptions of the destinations United Kingdom and Malaysia, all delivery statuses will be updated to port of arrival at destination country only.

Can I opt to use a preferred dedicated courier service of my choice?

In order to keep our shipping charges cost-effective for our customers, order shipments are made via registered air mail, as opposed to dedicated courier services.
